Tay-K convicted second murder | SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS — Texas rapper Tay-K, born Taymor McIntyre, has been convicted of murder for the second time. A jury found him guilty of shooting and killing photographer Mark Anthony Saldivar in 2017 during an attempted robbery.

“You can’t just believe anyone,” said defense attorney John Hunter. “The police didn’t do a full investigation. That’s why Taymor is not guilty of murder, manslaughter, or anything else.”

Despite the defense’s push, the jury found McIntyre guilty of murder. However, they cleared him of capital murder, which would have meant life in prison without parole.
